This book is inspired on the literal form of play: theater. The book is designed to attrack children from 6 to 10 years old to Drenthe, Veenhuizen, and it's nature.

a walking route. The route has 6 framing spots where the book can be used and real stories from the present and past of Veenhuizen and her inhabitants come to life. 

 

The landscape of the little village becomes the scenary of the theater and the inhabitants the characters of the play. Imagination is triggered and children can start to enjoy Veenhuizen together with their parents.
